I've heard mixed reviews about The Hangover 2 so I'll wait until it makes its way to my local cheapie theater. But these videos of Bradley Cooper conversing in French to promote the movie? Swoon worthy indeed.

Fluttering Away....
Cardigan/Shrug: Express
Sandals: Reflections
I had one of those rare three-day weekends from work where you don't request for it, but they give it to you anyway. So I spent most of the time relaxing.
On Friday my Godmother, who I don't really remember because I was a little tyke the last time I saw her, came to visit. It was nice catching up and our family even when to this local Asian Buffet. It was seafood night, so I had my fill of shrimp and sushi. I also tried oysters for the first time and I have to say it was delicious.
Saturday, I went to the library and picked some books and dvds . The library is one of my favorite places to go. There's always something worth exploring there, plus they ave a really good dvd selection. I also got two of my Netflix queues in the mail, Into the Wild and the documentary Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton. I watched the Marc Jacobs documentary and was really fascinated by it. You see how much hard work goes into making both collections. I hate to sound corny, but you can tell he puts his heart and soul into his work. Watching the documentary made me respect him even more as a designer. Makes me want to work for him.
I spent the last day of my three-day weekend cleaning house. Well mainly my room. I have to stop being such a pack-rat. Went through a bunch of magazines I have stacked in my room since 2006, and organized all my mix-cds. After getting rid of some stuff, I have a clearer view of the floor now. Now it's just a matter of making sure I put everything in it's place after I use it.
Check this out:
Tilly and the Wall - "Rainbows in the Dark"
I have gotten into them recently through a friend and I have to say I really like them.
The use of tapping as a percussion is fresh and original.
Makes me want to take tap lessons again.

What I wore...
Wore this to work earlier today. Usually I can't wear open toed shoes, but since it's summer, they made an exception for the weekends. This is one of my favorite outfits that I have put together in a while. I can see myself wearing this outfit in the fall with tights and boots. I had this short sleeved cardigan for a while now. It's starting to show some wear, but it's one of my faves. I will wear it until it's thread bare.
Outfit details
Cardigan (from three years ago), top and skirt: Old Navy
Wedges: Target
Sunglasses: Forever 21
Video of the day
Twilight teaser trailer #2
So the tween fan girl in me is starting to come out because I can't wait for this to hit theaters. I started reading the books last week. I just finished New Moon, which I thought was ok. So now it's onto Eclipse.
