Guildie for Life

A few weeks ago I posted how I sent Felicia Day a link (via twitter) of my Guild post (she was looking for links to fashion blogs) and how she ended up bookmarking it. I thought that was cool and didn't think much of it afterwards. Fast forward to today and I'm just checking my e-mails when I saw one from Brian Kameoka, who's in charge of The Guild's twitter and blog.  He was letting me know that with season 5 premiering this week him and Felicia wanted to start Fan Friday, where they would feature a fan each week and I that I would be the first one. 

I was in the car with my brother when I got the e-mail and I had to read it twice before I realized that it was real. No, I didn't freak out in the car, I don't want to embarrass myself that much, but I was grinning ear to ear. I'm really honored to be featured and to make it even more awesome, Brian let me know that it was Felicia that insisted I should be the first Fan Friday. 

How awesome is that? That's why I love Felicia and everyone that's a part of The Guild. They are so appreciative of their fans and you can tell that they love what they do. This also now makes Felicia my #1 girl crush. Sorry Zooey!
