I think I would have worn this jacket more if I didn't put it in the laundry two weeks ago and let it sit there. My bad. But I do love the color combos. Blue and orange has become one of my favorite colors to pair together, and the khaki skirt grounds everything together. Anyways enough about fashion, let's talk about makeup and beauty products. I love browsing the make-up aisle at Target and don't get me started on Sephora. I think I'm halfway to becoming VIB status. Which brings us to this weeks Friend Friday questions regarding beauty products. Thanks again for the questions Katy. Check out her site to see the other FF participants.

Where the makeup is stored...

1. What's your favorite drug store makeup product and your favorite higher-end product?

My drugstore makeup faves are Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara, Maybelline Eyestudio Eyeliner. For my higher-end it has to be my Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler. I'm all about the eyes and I have to at least use those three products.

2. Is there one type of product that is your go-to, can't live without?

It has to be my Nieva Lip Balm and Korres Lip Butter. They help keep my lips are nice and crack free especially during the winter. Oh and I have to have my Aveeno Clear Complexion Moisturizer. It doesn't make my face feel greasy and it doesn't smell funny.

3. What's the best hair product you've ever used?

Aveda Pure Abundance Hair Potion. It's this thicking powder that helps add volume. I use it everyday since my roots are always flat.

4. Fess up, what's the worst beauty look you've tried to rock and look back at now with a little shame or apprehension that you actually did that?

I'll have to find a picture of it and post it once found, but when I was in middle/high school, I totally over plucked my brows. It did not look great on me at all. I really regret that now because even though my brows look more natural, they would probably look more thicker now.

5. When it comes to beauty products, we all use the same basic products. What do you use that helps show off your personal flare and personality?

I love wearing nail polish. So much that I probably own 20 bottles which might sound excessive. But it's fun changing up nail polish colors depending on my mood.
