Is This Sound Ok?

A little treat: A super cute short film starring Kristen Dunst and Jason Schwartzman directed by Tracy Antonopoulos. The film is for Opening Ceremony's Spring/Summer '10 collection. Plus it uses a song from Coconut records Jason Schwartzman's band.

To Me, You are Perfect...

I listed some of my favorite romantic movies last year and I thought I'd do the same this year.
While not all of them end in happily ever after, there's something about each of these movies that make you know that love and romance is still there. That there's a Mr. Darcy out there that will like you "just as you are."
  •  Amélie
  • Love Actually
  • Casablanca
  • A Walk to Remember
  • Bridget Jones Diary
  • Becoming Jane
  • Bright Star
  • West Side Story
  • Once
  • Sixteen Candles
  • 500 Days of Summer
What are your favorite movies? Are there any I should have included?
Also what are your plans for Valentine's day?

"I gave her my heart, and she gave me a pen."

I remember when I was a little tyke, I liked Valentine's Day because you got to make those milk carton mail boxes in elementary school and have it filled with Valentines and candy from all your fellow classmates.

I don't get as many Valentine's as I did when I was in elementary school, but it doesn't mean I can't celebrate it. So instead of wallowing in self-pity, I'm going to my friends house to bake some red velvet cupcakes, drink some almond champagne and watch some movies. :-P

While we might not watch all of them, here are my Top 10 favorite romantic movies:

  1. Say Anything...
  2. Breakfast at Tiffany's
  3. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
  4. Gone with the Wind
  5. The Notebook
  6. Roman Holiday
  7. The Princess Bride
  8. Sabrina
  9. Pretty in Pink
  10. Pride and Prejudice (the 1995 BBC version with Colin Firth)
