Let the Waves Crash In

Spent the day at the beach with my friend and her family today and it was really nice. The gloominess of the past few days was gone and made way for blue skies and puffy white clouds. It's been a while since the last time I went to the beach, but I should do it more often. Which will be soon since I might be taking Long Board surf lessons soon!

However, I forgot how vicious the suns rays are and didn't apply enough sunscreen. So now I'm left with lobster shoulders. Not a pretty site.

Shark that my friends nephew made

I also stopped by on of the thrift stores in the area and picked up some pretty cool necklaces all for $9. Sweet.

I love these necklaces! I have an awful sunburn from the beach this weekend, too. At least yours is just on your shoulders ... mine's on my whole body! :(
