Canadian Goodies

Last week I received a package from Meg of Lovely Miss Meg's.

It turned out to be some filled with some awesome Canadian goodies which included the ever elusive ketchup chips. The last time I had them was 10 years ago and I've been trying to find them in the states ever since. But it's obviously a Canada only thing, so I was looking forward to opening a bag. It doesn't sound as bad as you think. The taste reminded me of salt and vinegar chips with a more milder bite. I'm so glad to have them that I'm still on the first bag. Prolonging the ketchup chip eating process.

I also got some awesome chocolate bars and a little bottle of Maple syrup. Of course the candy has already been consumed, but I'm saving the Maple syrup for when I make some amazing french toast or pancakes.

Thanks so much Meg for sending me this!

Yum! I Love Ketchup chips way more than Ketchup itself, hahaha! I wondered why we don't see them all that often, must be a Canadian thing :)

No problemo Stephanie! I'm glad you enjoyed everything. :)

Also, I'm curious do you guys have those chocolate bars in the States or not?  Caramilk replied to one of my tweets and said that they are only in Canada, but I don't know about the other 3.

I know this store called Cost Plus (they sell international wears and goods) sell Aero Bars and Coffee Crips. Although I like my M&M's and Reese's Cups, foreign chocolate always tastes more richer and creamier. Just thinking about it makes me want to go buy some right now. :P
