Yeah You've Been Nighttiming Baby

Dress: Old Navy
Necklace: Forever 21
Sandals: Target

Bought this dress a couple of months ago and I think it's going to be in heavy rotation during the spring and summer months. It's the perfect shift dress with a timeless navy and white print. Plus I love the pocket placement on the dress. More towards the front than at the sides. I usually have to cut the pockets out and sew the sides shut because the pockets tend to bunch.

Sometimes, you just have to take a silly picture

I'm more of a dress and skirt girl, but I'll usually stick to wearing jeans at work since it's the most easiest to maneuver around in, especially if I have to use the ladder. Of course when I really have to use the ladder, I'm wearing said dress or skirt. Never when I wear jeans or pants.

Also, a few days ago, I finally took out the box of fabric and notions out of our storage shed. It's been sitting there for 6 years, which surprised me when I found it because the box was still intact and I didn't find any unwanted creatures when I opened the box. The box has a lot of vintage fabric and plastic containers filled with beads and buttons.

I have some ideas on how I'm going to use the fabric. Hopefully I can get all of my little sewing projects done by the end of the month.

Hope everyone enjoyed their first day of spring.
Have a wonderful weekend!
