The weather in Southern California has been crazy this past week. I don't remember the last time I've experienced this much rain. But it hasn't been too bad. It's a nice change of pace from the continuous sunshine. It makes the plants look greener and it's a good excuse to stay home with hot coca and a stack of DVDs.

I also had the chance to break out my polka dot galoshes. I wore it with a blazer and a dress from the Vera Bradley Collection at Anthropolgie. It's a nice pop of color for this overcast day.
Now I'm off to bake some cupcakes, get bundled up and later on watch Conan host his last episode of the Tonight Show. Gotta wait until September to find where he'll be in the television landscape.
